🧭 General Booking & Availability

- All services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise noted.
- We operate Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Rush Requests (under 12 hours) = +30% surcharge
- After-Hours Requests (outside standard business hours) = +50% surcharge
- Emergency/Urgent Requests = +75% surcharge – Must be marked URGENT and sent via text or phone call only.

Typical Tasks May Include:

- Grocery runs, post office drop-offs, pharmacy pickups, item returns, dry cleaning
- Gift shopping, packing assistance, basic courier tasks within service area

- Service radius: 10 miles from service location
- $0.71/mile after 10 miles
- Holiday errands = 72-hour notice & double rate
- No transportation of controlled substances, large sums of cash, or sensitive documents unless arranged through secure courier services

- Home check-ins, cleaning supervision, vendor wait service, light organizing, supply restocking

- We do not perform licensed trade work (e.g., plumbing, electrical) but can coordinate licensed vendors.
All in-home visits require prior access details and any relevant alarm instructions. - Client must disclose any hazards (e.g. pets, construction, alarms, slippery flooring).
- Home must be reasonably safe for entry.

- Pet sitting, feeding, walking, vet/groomer transportation, wellness checks

- Client must provide leash, food, crate/carrier, and all special instructions in writing
- Aggressive or reactive pets must be disclose
- We do not administer injections or perform medical care
- Emergency vet visits: client will be contacted first; all expenses are the client’s responsibility

- Tasks are tracked and updated in real-time; summary reports may be provided
- Tasks must be clearly assigned with deadlines, access, and expectations
- We do not provide legal advice, tax prep, or medical assistance

- Scheduled rides for work commutes, errand-based transport, or client-specific routes

- Children must have appropriate client-provided car seats
- Rider changes must be submitted 24+ hours in advance
- We do not guarantee arrival times due to traffic/weather delays but plan efficiently

- Local pickups and deliveries, vendor drop-offs, office runs, client errands

- No hazardous, illegal, or irreplaceable item
- Items must be secured, labeled, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time
- Proof of delivery can be requested in advance

- Birthday or milestone setup, decor coordination, gift wrapping, vendor liaison

- All packages require a signed agreement and upfront deposit
- Final payment due 24 hours before event
- Vendor services are coordinated but contracted directly with the client unless otherwise arranged
- Travel beyond Cincinnati incurs additional fees/per diem

- Keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions must be submitted before service day
- All access information is stored securely per our Privacy Policy
- After service, we lock up and reset alarms as instructed
- If an emergency (e.g., break-in, water leak) is detected, we will contact the client and emergency services if necessary

- Clients are expected to provide a safe, respectful environment for our team
- Our team is background-checked, professionally trained, and discreet
- We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or ethics are compromised
- All services are provided under our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

- We value feedback! Share wins or concerns via email, text, or our post-service surveys
- Urgent matters should be called in or marked "URGENT" in messages
- Service summaries and usage reports are available upon request for regular clients
